Our menstrual panties of abundant absorption can last up to 12 hours without needing to change them, but this time may vary depending on your flow and the cycle in which you are.
- High absorbency panties absorb between 40 and 50 centiliters, if you have a heavy flow the wear time will be less.
- Moderate absorbency panties absorb 20 centiliters.
- Light flow panties absorb about 10 centilitres, equivalent to a panty liner.
How do you know when to change them?

ALLOW TO DRY IN THE SUN OR OUTDOORS
Avoid the dryer or use it with a delicate program on the lowest temperature. Can not be ironed.

How is it extracted?
- The most important thing is to relax the body, to be in a comfortable position.
- Insert your index finger and thumb into the vagina, grasp the base of the cup with the help of the handle, break the vacuum by pressing gently.
- Move it from side to side, pulling it slightly downwards to pull it out slowly.
Maintenance of the menstrual cup
- Sterilise: Before the first use and on a monthly basis you should boil the cup in plenty of water for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Wash: Wash with cold water after each use, you can use intimate soap.
